During the height of the "race for space" Ashley Rich was extremely helpful in the purchase of my first property. He was professional and attentative throughout the mortgage application, he explained everything and managed to get me a fantastic rate. He even went the extra mile to call the odd estate agent who was adamant on ensuring my finances were in place when viewing. I can't thank him enough and I will certainly be using Ashley again when moving home in the future.

I used David Clay from St Barts as my mortgage broker and I can't recommend him enough.After not getting anywhere with several other brokers David gave me excellent advice on how to get everything in order, he didn't rush anything and always had time to help. Richard has been fantastic throughout my dealings with him. I initially contacted Richard late on an evening and he responded to me immediately, confirming that he could assist. It was great to have someone so willing to help with an immediate response. I certainly didn't expect a response late in the evening, but it put me at ease knowing I had found someone to help. Richard immediately let me know what details he required and the report I needed was produced first thing the next day. The report was extremely in depth and very concise without containing lengthy paragraphs of legal jargon. My solicitor is also very impressed and plans to use Richard's services in the future. I have since returned to Richard for another report and again, he changed his schedule to assist me with something I needed sorting the same day. He completed the report and sent it straight over. I cannot recommend Richard enough and will highly recommend him to anyone who needs assistance with mortgages or any other financial concerns.

Always transparent, professional, prompt on answering questions and extremely helpful.We were in a zoom call while he was sending our mortgage application, thing that I really appreciated.I was on furlough, with a tricky job contract and my girlfriend with a new job ( she had only 2 payslips), thanks to Ashley skills, we managed to get a mortgage offer on our first house and get a very good deal.We highly recommend his service.The only thing I've not been very happy is to have paid their fee before a mortgage offer had been accepted, even if we've been said that if the first attempt wouldn't went through, they would had given us the chance to try few more times.

Excellent company to use. They have access to better deals than I could ever find myself. They have saved me thousands on set up costs and interest rates on my mortgages. Why trawl through comparison websites and fill out endless forms when you can get St Barts to do it all and end up with a much better deal! Kept informed throughout.

We used St Barts to get our mortgage, they were very helpful and gave us great independent advice on which product would suit our needs. We also used the help to buy scheme and Steve helped us through the whole process. They took alot of the stress out of the process by keeping in contact with our solicitors and sellers, and chasing up anything that was going slowly. They also gave us advice on insurance and checked in with regular updates on how things were progressing and to answer any questions we had. We will definitely by using them again when it's time to renew our mortgage. Excellent service, highly recommended.

After searching the big banks and building societies for a remortgage that fitted my needs without luck I thought a remortgage was out of my reach. That was until I found St Barts Finance, after one meeting with their friendly professional staff in their modern office we were on track with what I needed, four weeks later and the remortgage was completed saving me thousands of pounds and reducing my stress levels! The whole process from start to finish was handled by their team from dealing with my previous and new lender to chasing up the solicitor, I had regular updates whilst the team worked to greatly improve my finances. I will not go anywhere else for financial advice in the future.
